This Privacy Policy explains how Team Chirita Restoration, Inc., doing business as SERVPRO® Team Chirita("we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you use this website, call us or request service. Each SERVPRO® franchise is independently owned and operated; this policy covers our franchises only, not Servpro Industries, LLC or other franchisees.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, phone number, email, service address or ZIP code, description of the damage, insurance details you choose to share, and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location, via cookies and similar technologies described in section 6.

Call information: when you call, we may record the call for quality and training and use call-tracking technology that records the number you dialed and the source of your visit.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to emergencies and service requests, dispatch crews and schedule work.
• To communicate with you and, with your authorization, your insurance carrier about your claim.
• To send service-related texts and, only if you opt in separately, marketing texts.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with law, enforce our terms and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the business (email and SMS delivery, call tracking, website analytics, hosting, CRM), with your insurance carrier when you ask us to handle a claim, with licensed subcontractors working on your project, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. SMS / text messaging program

Service texts. If you opt in, we send texts about your service request, scheduling and account. Marketing texts. Only if you separately opt in, we send offers and tips. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Service providers

Providers may include: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), CallRail or similar (call tracking), and our CRM. Each is bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Your privacy rights (California)

California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 8. Retention, security and children

We keep job records as long as needed for warranty, insurance and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
